Raya Moments

You see, the most happiest persons during Eid Mubarak season are the kids. The thought of cruising along with cousins, having fun playing fireworks together, going for open-house with the rest of the uncles/aunties, the fun of wearing cara melayu and baju kurung raya...all those moments did bring extra happiness to them, while not thinking of school that will be opened very soon, hehe. Us, the parents, are not really keened that much of raya-ing nowadays. However, when our kids are happy, the momentum is also shared. For me, the festive season is now over eventhough Syawal goes for a month. The back-to-work-scenario kills my desire to bring the kids for another ride of raya. 4 days are more than enough I guess.
